Thickness, pre-stretch properties, puncture and tear resistance, retention strength and other performance criteria are examples of characteristics to consider when choosing a stretch film.

Pre-stretching is a process in which a palletizing stretch film is pre-stretched.

Strength

When the film is stretched, its tensile strength increases significantly – it becomes twice as strong once it passes the point of permanent deformation.

Foil memory

The memory of the foil makes it want to return to its original form. But the more you stretch in advance, the more that memory decreases.

Save money

One of the most important and attractive advantages of pre-stretched film is the price. The cost of consumables – foil, is significantly reduced compared to packaging with standard stretch film, which is not stretched in advance.

Reduce losses

Reaching the maximum level of stretching is a major factor when using this product. Maximum stretching helps to stabilize the loads, but also helps to fully utilize the film.
