The E-Wrap 1000A is a semi-automatic stretch wrapping machine suitable for all standard applications thanks to 6 work programs. This machine has an integrated PC board that gives alarm and error signals during the packaging cycles (on a 7.2” touch screen). Additionally, there is a light system at the top of the column that informs operators whether the machine is running, in home position or in error/emergency.
The rotating platform of the E-Wrap 1000A has a diameter of 1500 mm and a maximum load capacity of 1500 kg. The rotation of the platform is activated by a drive circuit and controlled by a magnetic sensor that checks the number of rounds, the delay times and the starting position of the platform at the end of the duty cycle. The standard column allows packing of pallets with a height of up to 2200 mm. The carriage is equipped with a mechanical brake and a photoelectric sensor, which products.
From the start of the touch screen, it is possible to program many packaging parameters in a very simple and intuitive way: number of wrapping rounds at the top and bottom of the pallet, number of cycles at the top and bottom of the carriage, rotation speed, carriage speed, setting of the delay of the photocell to overlap the stretch film.
In addition, there are other integrated functions such as packing cycle in manual mode, administrator system settings, machine operation statistics recording and technical area to monitor input and output signals, historical alarm database, maintenance operations performed on the elastic packaging.
