PLASTIC STRAP SEALS

Depending on the sealing method for PP and PET strap, there are a few type of joints:

Friction Weld

This is a sealless method, that connects the strap using a high speed friction.

Heat Seal

This method connects the strap, using heat, that melts the strap, and joining the two ends.

Metal seals

The metal seals are used to connect PP and PET strap, by using a hand combination tools.

Buckles

Plastic and metal buckles. The plastic and metal buckles are used for polyester and textile strap, and are for hand tools only.
